All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship throughout the United States and select international destinations.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
UQA Yoga is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we work closely with our shipping partners, UQA Yoga is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
