Refund & Exchange Policy

At UQA Yoga, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for your request

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will send you a confirmation email with detailed return instructions and the U.S. return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

After receiving our return authorization email, you must ship your return within 7 days. Returns shipped after this period may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as UQA Yoga is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within the 14-day return period.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@uqayoga.com and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
